Return policy

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may return your purchase for a refund within 15 days of receipt of purchase.

• Shipping charges (if you chose express delivery at checkout) are not refundable.
• I do not cover the shipping cost of a return.
• Returns must be sent through a reliable company, with full tracking and signature upon receipt.
• Returns must be in unused condition and with the original packaging items.

• Please contact me to let me know about your return.
• Remove all previous labels on the original shipping box.
• Make sure to include in the original shipping box:
  • Products in the same condition as you received them, in their original jewellery box.
  • The jewellery box must be placed properly inside the original shipping box so that it doesn’t move during shipping.
  • The polishing cloth in its original packaging, unopened.
  • The certificate of authenticity.
• Send your package to me with tracking and signature upon receipt by a trusted carrier and send me the tracking number as soon as you can.

• After I receive your package, I will verify the condition & authenticity of the returned item(s). If all the required conditions have been met, I’ll send you an email immediately, and then a refund will be issued within 7 business days.
